Sometimes the webmaster needs to delete one of the indexed pages from the search engine. Most often resort to this operation after wrong entering of the address of the page in the general list of a site map. 1. One of the easiest ways of removal of own web page of archives of search engines consists in its physical removal, change of the address of arrangement and false removal (it is necessary to set an attribute of the remote page). After conversion of this page the search robot instead of contents will see the next line: HTTP/1.1,404 Not Found. However you should not forget that search robots can visit the website each 3 hours, and can also time in 2-3 days. Therefore it is necessary to wait some time to receive result.
2. The following method consists in editing the robots.txt file which defines path of the search robot as soon as he visited your website. This text document always has one arrangement — a website root. In the first paragraph usually specify indexation parameters for Yandex robot (it considerably differs from other robots), in the second paragraph for all other search engines.
3. At the beginning of the paragraph it is necessary to specify the agent's heading ""by User-Agent: *"" and the addresses of pages which need to be hidden — ""Disallow: /wp-content/foto/fotojaba.html"". In the same way it is necessary to specify the addresses of pages or sections which you want to close from indexation. Keep in mind that this way does not allow to receive fast results. If on your website low activity and the news are not broadcast in social networks, processing of new data can reach term in several days. Besides, it is required to delete versions of these pages from archive of search service.
4. Alternative option of a method of prescription of links in the robots.txt file is use of the robots meta-tag of the same name. The syntax of this tag will be the following: it needs to be placed between pair tags [head] and [/head]. The robots value needs to be placed in the meta name tag. The example will look as follows: <meta name= "" robots"" content= "" noindex, nofollow""/>.
