Vocabulary which came from the sphere of computer technologies is more often heard in normal life. It is difficult to beginning user to understand a set of terms and the experienced programmer often forgets "theory" and cannot tell how any given button is called.
Instruction
1. A context menu – the list of functions which are available for this document, the file, the website, etc. In other words, it is the list of the actions available to the user and ensuring to it convenient functioning at the computer. The context menu reflects the purposes of work with the document at present, i.e. corresponds to a situation context. Respectively, each file represents a unique context menu.
2. It is possible to open a context menu in different ways. First of all pay attention to the special button created for display of additional functions and the allowed actions with the file. In the lower part of any computer keyboard, between the ALT and CTRL keys, there is a button with the plate drawn on it and the mouse pointer. It is also the call key of a context menu. You can use it as at selection of labels of different programs and documents, and in open programs, for example, of Microsoft Word. At the same time the button will open the context menu corresponding to a situation.
3. If it is more convenient to you to work with a mouse, you can request a context menu cliques. Guide a mouse at the document with which you want to work. Select it with the left mouse button. Right-click on the selected area, and before you the context menu will open. If you select at the same time several elements, the context menu will offer the list of actions which you can make with these labels and documents even if they are not same, for example, to copy or delete.
4. Fans of laptops and netbooks seldom use a mouse as performs its functions built in tachped. It represents area for the contact movement of fingers and two buttons replacing right and a left mouse button respectively. Thus, it is possible to request a context menu by means of a tachped, having clicked the selected area it the right button.
