HTML – a markup language which is used during creation of Internet pages. Its means it is possible to customize the display of different elements including images. Setup of demonstration of images in HTML is carried out through the special tag. Instruction 1. Open your HTML file by means of the text editor which you use for editing web pages. If you have no HTML file, create it, having clicked with a left mouse button on a desktop or in the necessary folder, and click the Create menu - "The text document". Enter a file name and set the HTML extension after a point. Then click with the right mouse button on the document once again and select the Open with the Help item - "Notepad". Before you there will be an empty document in which it will be possible to place the HTML-code. 2. For creation of the picture in HTML the tag which for display should be placed in section is used. For example: The picture in HTML 3. The tag is not closed and does not require the tag of closing. src which sets path to the necessary file of the picture acts as its main parameter which surely should be used. You can specify in this line both full (with http://), and a relative path (for example, /pictures/img.jpg) to the image file which you want to place. 4. Other important parameter is alt which defines the name of the picture and its identification on the page. This name will appear at guidance of the cursor of a mouse on the picture by the user. 5. For the setting parameters of the image you can also use the width and height attributes. The first setup is responsible for length, and the second – for picture height on the page. This parameter is set in pixels. Thus the &img> tag can be set: 6. By means of this tag the image, path to which registers in the src attribute, is created. At guidance of the cursor on the picture you will see the message "a picture name". At the same time the image will have width 300 and height of 250 pixels. You can set all above-stated parameters at discretion. 7. Save changes in the file by means of the File function - "Save". Open the document in the browser to check success of creation in picture HTML. For this purpose click with the right mouse button on the file and select the section "Open with the Help", and then click a line with the name of your browser. Creation of the picture of HTML is complete.
