Electronic messages – a modern, popular and convenient form of communication which is widely used as in personal correspondence, and business.
It is required to you
- - computer;
- - Internet access;
- - email client or web browser;
- - own e-mail address;
- - e-mail address of the recipient.
Instruction
1. Become authorized at the provider through an email client or the web browser. If you are sure that nobody will use the computer, except you, can make authorization automatic. It will save from need to undergo procedures at each entrance to the mail.
2. Select the Create the Message function (or "Write", "The new message", etc., in nerussifitsirovanny programs the English names of options are usually used: New message and so forth).
3. Enter from the keyboard or copy and insert a destination address into the field ("Coma", the English To option and an entrance) intended for this purpose.
If you plan to send the copy of the message to other addressee, enter in the field below ("Copy", Copy) its e-mail address or several addresses.
Fill the line intended for a letter subject. If you and the recipient are unfamiliar, the letter without subject has more chances of removal by unread. In other cases the subject will allow to orient concerning urgency of your message. And in general the letter without subject looks not in the best way.
4. Enter the text of the message into a letter body from the keyboard or insert from other program, for example, of the text editor.
If you want to receive confirmation of delivery of the letter and its reading by the addressee, select the necessary option. You can also designate importance of the message as high, average or low.
If necessary enclose letter to files by means of the special button.
When everything is ready, press the Send button (in the English version of Send) and wait for loading of confirmation of sending in the browser. When using an email client the clicking of the button giving a command for message exchange with the server can be necessary: reception entering and transfer there proceeding.
