1. Enter a letter destination address. Check correctness of its writing.

2. Surely specify a letter subject. The person to whom you write first of all will see your address and a subject of the letter.

Existence of a subject of the letter will facilitate further search of your message.

Specify a specific subject of the message. It should correspond to content of the letter. If you know that the author of your letter receives a set of letters on the same question, enter data according to which your letter can be identified in a letter subject.

3. You pass to directly letter.

Write such letter which can be read completely. If e-mail which you write has business character, unacceptably that it contained derogations from a subject. Such letter should contain only information on business.

Specify in the letter the important details necessary in order that your addressee penetrated into an essence of the situation described by you.

If the letter is continuation of a conversation, and the addressee will need to remember contents of the previous letters, quote their corresponding parts. Existence of quotes will help the addressee to orient quickly in what you write about. Do not assume that existence of quotes strongly increased the volume of your letter. Quote only the necessary fragments from your previous correspondence.

The text of the letter should be coherent and competent. Use service of spell check if you doubt writing of any word or the correct arrangement of punctuation marks. Re-read the letter, check correctness of creation of phrases and if it is required, improve style of your message.

It is not necessary to abuse a large print, smilies and exclamation marks. The excessive emotionality of the letter makes an unpleasant impression.

4. Attach files if together with the letter it is necessary to send additional information.

If files for sending have very big size, use the archiver that to reduce it.

5. Send the message after the carried-out inspection of the letter.
