I very much love the simple and tasty dishes which aren't demanding a lot of time for preparation. And today I will share with you one of such recipes. We will prepare an apple strudel from a lavash.
It is required to you
- - Armenian thin lavash, 1 leaf;
- - desi, 50 g;
- - apples, 2-3 pieces;
- - raisin, 2 tablespoons;
- - nuts (it is better walnut, but it is possible also almonds), 2 tablespoons;
- - sugar (it is possible vanilla), 1 tablespoon;
- - cinnamon;
Instruction
1. We develop a leaf of a lavash on a table and we grease with a desi. We cut apples thin slices. We warm a frying pan, we kindle a small piece of a desi. We pour out apples in a frying pan, we add a sugar spoon, we cover a frying pan and we leave to pine 5 minutes that they became soft, but didn't get out of a shape.
2. We wash raisin, we crush nutlets. Then we add everything to apples. We strew apples with cinnamon. All it is accurately mixed.
3. We spread evenly a stuffing on a lavash, receding from edges a little. We displace a lavash with apples in roll, oiling each turn and we put on a baking tray. From above again we grease roll with a desi that then it was formed beautiful, a crisp. We put in the warmed oven for 20 minutes. And, voila, at us the fine dietary dessert turns out.
