Chicken with potatoes, garlic and herbs – very simple, and at the same time very tasty dish. For preparation it is better to take chicken thighs, but it is possible to use also shins. The dish surely will be pleasant to all members of your family.

It is required to you

  • - kefir – 1 l.;
  • - chicken thighs – 6 pieces;
  • - potatoes – 1 kg;
  • - herbs (it is possible to use, both fresh, and dried);
  • - cherry tomatoes – 5 pieces;
  • - garlic – 3 cloves;
  • - olive oil – 2 tsps;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Before the preparation it is necessary to pickle chicken. For this purpose to make marinade. To add small cut garlic to kefir – 1.5 cloves, to salt, pepper and add a half of the made greens.

2. Wet chicken thighs in marinade and leave for half an hour. So far chicken is pickled, to clean potatoes and to cut it long segments, to lay on a baking tray, to add a little olive oil, the remained greens, salt, pepper.

3. Crush garlic through a press and lay out on potato segments. Cut tomatoes on four parts and also lay out on potatoes. Over potatoes to lay out kept waiting chicken thighs and to fill in all with the marinade remains. The dish is baked in an oven of 40 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
