Drying - one of traditional Russian treats to tea. Their taste changes depending on what additional ingredients (poppy, nuts, salt, sesame) were used at pastries.

It is required to you

  • Recipe No. 1:
  • - 1 glass of warm water;
  • - 30 g of crude yeast;
  • - 0.5 tsps of salt;
  • - 3 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 2 tablespoons of the kindled margarine;
  • - flour.

  • - 5 eggs;
  • - salt pinch;
  • - 0.5 glasses of milk;
  • - flour.

Instruction

1. Recipe No. 1rastvorite yeast in warm water. Put salt, sugar, the kindled margarine in the received mix and mix everything before receiving homogeneous mass. At this stage it is possible to add poppy, vanilla sugar, sesame, nuts, mustard-seed oil, cinnamon or other additives to dough to your taste. Knead stiffdough, gradually pouring flour. Cover ware with the test and remove it to the cool place for 15-20 minutes.

2. Slightly sprinkle a table with flour. Roll dough in a plait 1 cm thick. Cut it on pieces on 10-12 cm. Form drying. Than more thinly you will roll dough, especially ready pastries will be crunchy.
