1. Pour 400 ml of milk in the metal capacity (small pan or a mug). It is the best of all to take not sterilized milk which period of storage doesn't exceed 1 month. Put the container with milk on slow fire, without covering.

2. You watch when boiling process begins. Cut off 1/4 lemons. You shouldn't bring milk to the boil: as soon as on a surface there are bubbles, squeeze out a lemon in milk and slowly stir slowly. In several seconds the process of formation of cottage cheese will begin: soft lumps will emerge on a surface. From these proportions of milk and lemon juice 3-4 tablespoons of a ready-made product will turn out.

3. Filter and wring out the received cottage cheese, having merged serum through a sieve or a gauze. If you only begin to enter cottage cheese into a diet of the kid, wipe a product through a small sieve, or crush it to a pastelike state in the blender. Mix with porridge, the mashed banana or fruit puree.
