Boiled pork from pork shoulder is traditionally baked in an oven. However this recipe is good the fact that meat can be made quickly in the microwave. At the same time boiled pork turns out juicy and fragrant.

It is required to you

  • – pork shoulder (800 g);
  • – garlic (2-4 tooth.);
  • – raisin without stones (15 g);
  • – bay leaf (25 g);
  • – salt to taste;
  • – black pepper to taste;
  • – vegetable oil (3 g);
  • – clear water (370 ml).

Instruction

1. Wash carefully pork a baking plate with flowing water. Cut off excess streaks and fat. Dry meat a clean tissue and lay out on a cutting board. Leave meat for some time.

2. Take garlic, remove a peel and cut with bars. Well wash out raisin in warm water, lay out in a separate cup. In a steak make several cuts a sharp knife. Put in each cut on several pieces of garlic and raisin. From above grate pork with salt and pepper. Leave for 30-40 minutes that meat gave juice.
