Cabbage and raisin - an interesting combination for light salad. In spite of the fact that it refuels mayonnaise, taste at it very fresh, pleasant, salad turns out rather light. Besides raisin, apples and fresh cucumbers are added to salad.

It is required to you

  • - 200 g of a white cabbage;
  • - 200 g of apples;
  • - 150 g of raisin without stones;
  • - 100 g of bacon;
  • - 1 cucumber;
  • - mayonnaise.

Instruction

1. Wash out raisin without stones, fill in with warm water, leave to be soaked within 20 minutes. After that pull out raisin from water, lay out on a paper towel, leave to dry out. Thanks to this simple procedure, raisin will become softer.

2. Chop a white cabbage thin straws. Wash out fresh cucumber, cut it with plates. Wash out apple, peel, remove a core, cut with straws. Apple you can take any, but for salads take green apples more often.

3. Take a meat piece with fat (you can take thin cutting of bacon), cut with thin strips, fry on vegetable oil, lay out on a paper towel that all excess fat flew down - bacon will be required to us for decoration of a ready-to-serve salad.

4. Mix cabbage, a cucumber, apples in a deep salad bowl, add the soaked raisin. Dress with mayonnaise, properly mix all components of salad.

5. Lay out a ready-to-serve salad from cabbage with raisin a hill on a plate, decorate with lardons, for ornament you can use any fresh greens if desired. Salad on a table is ready to giving.
