Chicken fillet in cream with a basilic pesto is cooked quickly and simply. Usually such dish is served with potato, rice, polenta or a fried bean.

- For four portions:
- - chicken fillet - 4 pieces on 200 grams everyone;
- - fat cream from 30% - 150 milliliters;
- - one big bulb;
- - salt - to taste.
- Take for песто:
- - bunch of a green basil;
- - olive oil - 30 milliliters;
- - garlic glove;
- - walnuts - 10 halves;
- - salt - to taste.
Instruction
1. Cut a bulb with ringlets, cut chicken fillet with small pieces. Warm up in a frying pan of a little vegetable oil, fry chicken meat till golden color. Shift to a plate.
2. Reduce fire, throw onions in a frying pan. Fry to a translucent state, stirring slowly. There will be enough seven minutes. Return a chicken to a frying pan, pour in water (150 milliliters). You extinguish minutes ten on moderate fire with an open cover.
3. Prepare песто. You can simplify to yourself a task, having bought a jar ready песто. For песто put all ingredients in a bowl, crush the submersible blender.
4. Pour in cream to a chicken. Bring to the boil, reduce fire, you extinguish five minutes. Add песто, mix, switch off. Chicken fillet in cream is ready, can send a dish to a table and enjoy a meal!
