Chump end of loin on a bone with mushrooms

Very rich and rich dish. As a garnish simple summer vegetables salad from a kitchen garden perfectly will approach.

Ingredients:

  • Champignons - 200 g;
  • Brisket on a stone (pork) - 2 pieces;
  • Garlic - 4 cloves;
  • Lemon juice – 2 teaspoons;
  • Sunflower oil;
  • Oregano dried up - 2 teaspoons;
  • Turmeric;
  • Desi - 40 g.

Preparation:

  • We begin with washing of meat. Well wash out meat under cold flowing water. Then dry it by means of paper towels. Excess water isn't necessary to us, meat has to be very dried.
  • Properly suppress garlic a knife that juice separated, further cut it very small. Add to it an oregano, lemon juice, salt and sunflower oil. Properly stir this weight.
  • Further we pickle our meat in the turned-out weight. We pound the made marinade on meat, don't save it, properly pound that all steak was evenly covered with marinade (any water, it is necessary to fill in nothing!). We leave it at several o'clock in the cool place to be pickled.
  • Further we begin to clean mushrooms, we cut them very thin plates.
  • Well we heat sunflower oil in a frying pan. We will fry meat in it on both sides until it becomes translucent, beautiful golden color. 
  • Further we add mushrooms to meat. We fry about 5 minutes. Further we salt and slightly we powder with a turmeric. The turmeric will give to meat beautiful golden color, the main thing don't go too far, otherwise the unpleasant bitterish smack can appear.
  • We will cover and extinguish 10-15 minutes. Regularly stir slowly.
  • Give to a table with your favourite garnish, for example with mashed potatoes or fried potato.
