Punch is a pleasant drink from alcohol and a fruit juice. Punch give also cold, and in hot. We offer the recipe of cold punch with champagne which will bring a variety the alcoholic menu of a festive feast.

It is required to you

  • For eight portions:
  • - 750 ml of dry champagne;
  • - 8 oranges;
  • - 8 lemons.

Instruction

1. Wash out oranges and lemons, squeeze out of them juice by means of the juice extractor or manually.

2. Pour out juice in a big glass bowl, remove in the deep freeze.

3. From time to time mix the freezing weight. You keep juice in the fridge half an hour.

4. When weight turns into ice gruel, pour in dry champagne (previously having cooled it) to citrus juice, remove in the deep freeze again for half an hour.

5. Serve ready citrus punch with champagne in the same ware, spilling ice weight after wide to glasses by means of a ladle.
