When Portuguese got acquainted with products of Brazil, they safely began to make experiments and to improve technology of cooking of food. In the 17th century the Portuguese brought slaves from Africa on the territory of Brazil for work on fields with a sugar cane therefore the cuisine of Brazil found one more branch of new recipes and, of course, products: palm and also coconut milk, haricot, various types of pepper and seafood.

To this delightful dish surely bring only certain drink a baking plate the name of a kaypirinye – vodka of a lemon and cane sugar.
