This appetizing dish is served with cheese and potato puffs. Perfectly the French mustard will approach – it will add a subtlety to taste.
It is required to you
- - 700 g of potatoes;
- - 200 g of cheddar cheese;
- - 500 g of a chicken stick (fillet from a breast);
- - 30 g of flour for pastries;
- - 3 tablespoons of mustard;
- - 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- - salt and a black sprinkling pepper – to taste.
Instruction
1. Peel potatoes and cut on pieces. Grate cheese, and slice a chicken stick.
2. Put a pan with the added some salt water on fire. Put potatoes and you cook 10 minutes. Drain water and make puree without lumps. Add a grated cheese and a tablespoon of mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Well mix.
3. Heat a plate to 240 degrees. A little bit oil 2 baking sheets. Put 12 tablespoons of puree on baking sheets at sufficient distance from each other. Set aside aside.
4. Put the remained mustard in a bowl, there put chicken, well mix. Roll in one chicken pieces in flour.
5. Deliver to puree in an oven and bake 10 minutes before formation of a golden crust. Meanwhile heat olive oil in a big frying pan and fry in it, turning, meat of 10 minutes before formation of a golden crust. Lay out chicken on 4 warm plates and give with potato puffs.
