Fish in Moroccan

For preparation of this dish it is better to use the fattest types of fish. It is possible to use a salmon, a trout, a pollock or to a crash. At once pay attention that fish turns out very sharp due to addition of a large number of chili pepper and garlic.

It is required to you

  • - lemon juice
  • - salt
  • - black sprinkling pepper
  • - 700 g of fish
  • - parsley greens
  • - 1 chili pepper
  • - 8-10 garlic gloves
  • - 2 tomatoes
  • - olive oil
  • - 2 red paprikas
  • - 2 small carrots

Instruction

1. Cut fish small pieces, previously having removed all stones.

2. Cut carrots small bars, paprika - small cubes. Tomatoes can be cut on several parts.

3. Carefully crush chili pepper and garlic, fry ingredients on vegetable oil before emergence of saturated aroma.

4. Add carrots, paprika and tomatoes to contents of a frying pan. Mix ingredients and fry within several minutes.

5. To a vegetable mix lay out pieces of fish and finish a dish until ready on slow fire. Before giving on a table plentifully sprinkle fish lemon juice and decorate with parsley greens.
