Ful from a rhubarb

Ful - a type of a dessert which reminds kissel or compote with cream. We suggest you to prepare фул from a rhubarb - really unique plant which not only that it is very useful, so also is a basis for many sweet and not only dishes.

It is required to you

  • For two portions:
  • - 230 g of stalks of a rhubarb;
  • - glass of vanilla yogurt;
  • - 1/4 glasses of sugar;
  • - 3 tablespoons of fresh orange juice;
  • - 2 tablespoons of the Gran Marnye liqueur.

Instruction

1. In a small frying pan pour in 3 tablespoons of orange juice (squeeze out it of a fresh fruit), add sugar. Cut stalks of a rhubarb with small pieces, send to a frying pan too. Heat mix on small fire - sugar has to be dissolved completely.

2. Cover a frying pan with a cover (not up to the end), you cook weight until the rhubarb becomes soft, on it only five minutes on average will leave. After that pour in the Gran Marnye liqueur, mix, slightly cool weight. Remove it for 15 minutes in the fridge.

3. Lay out in ice-cream bowls or deep glasses a yogurt layer, then weight with a sweet rhubarb. In weight describe a spiral that layers mixed up only partially by means of a small knife, having created beautiful patterns.
