Once the problem of excess weight seemed to me far-fetched. It would seem what can more simply - you don't eat and you will lose weight. So far once I didn't move to other city in which I (most likely, from a stress) in three months gained 35 kg...

For me who got used to be harmonious it was very unusual and unpleasant to consider the chins in photos, to hesitate of a body on the beach, to get used to an otdyshka... In mirrors I just didn't recognize myself – some foreign fat aunt looked at me! I limited myself in food, tried to keep to diets and to work out. Kilograms didn't think several years me to leave. And here, when I absolutely despaired, I was saved … by love for animals!

For half a year of veganism I threw off more than 30 extra kilos and returned myself the remarkable figure. Besides, heart ceased to hurt me, venous ""stars"" standing (which I couldn't cure years twenty) absolutely was gone, memory (now I even remember all dreams in the mornings) improved, awful pressure differences were gone (earlier I could faint because of low pressure, and now weather doesn't influence me in any way)... And what was for me the most surprising, monthly, coming earlier exclusively at own will (once their half a year wasn't) and incredibly painful, began to come as on hours! Every month, in the same day and nothing hurts! (about an hour only of unpleasant feelings right at the beginning and all).

My opening after transition to veganism:

1)     Lose weight – it is very simple! As some vegans (especially athletes) hold and increase weight, for me a riddle. Probably, they just somehow in a special way make the menu.

2)     To pass the easiest to veganism, having looked at thematic videos on the Internet (for example, in a social net) about what really happens on slaughterhouses, fur farms and so forth. Any mentally healthy person (who isn't deriving pleasure from a type of others pain) and possessing at least a small share of consciousness after viewing won't be able to use fruits of such mockeries.

3)     Several years ago the refusal of meat seemed to me something improbable. "And what then is?" - I thought. Today in my diet there is no meat, fish, milk, honey and eggs and I understand that in the world still a huge number of tasty dishes which I didn't try (but I gather).

4)     Upon transition to vegetarianism the organism is cleaned from slags and toxins, and it very well raises immunity.

5)     Vessels really become stronger. And it affects not only health of veins, but also heart, memory, pressure and many other things. In this regard (among other) the endurance increases and the health improves.

6)     Additional sources of vitamins aren't necessary (earlier I ate them) - the organism perfectly acquires everything that is required to it, from a plant food. There is no deficiency protein, iron and other minerals (as usual like to frighten) if it is correct to make a diet. But, of course, not to avoid problems if the whole day to chew only bread, potato and pasta.

Difficulties

1) The organism using meat, fish, eggs and milk isn't able to acquire minerals from a plant food as well as the vegan's organism. Time for reorganization is required therefore you watch closely drawing up a diet, especially at first after transition. I refused gradually: at first from meat, in a year – from fish, in half a year - from milk, honey and eggs, at the same time considerably having expanded the range of a plant food in the diet.

2) When you come to usual grocery store (vegetarian at us in the city not yet), the choice of products is small, and in institutions of public catering (especially in small towns) – in general grief. But gradually you get used to it.

3) Campaigns for the general holidays (birthdays, weddings and so forth) at first look as small test.

But, believe, all these difficulties stand result!

Councils 

1) On the Internet there are a lot of recipes of interesting vegan dishes. Try to cook every day a new dish, be not afraid to experiment!

2) Join vegetarian communities on social networks - you will find a lot of new in them and useful to yourself!
