    • Brown rice with nuts and fruit:
    • 250 g of brown rice;
    • 35 g of cashew nuts;
    • 35 g of petals of almonds;
    • 35 g of dried apricots;
    • 35 g of prunes;
    • 35 g of dried apples;
    • 35 g of dried pears;
    • 2 glasses of boiled water;
    • 25 teaspoons of salt.

Pour out in a deep frying pan of a little vegetable oil, warm it and lay out dry rice. Fry it, constantly stirring slowly and stirring up until grains get a golden-brown shade.
