How to bake potatoes with rosemary

Rosemary – a fragrant plant which leaves are used in cookery already long ago. This spice can be added to various dishes, but especially harmoniously rosemary is combined with potatoes. Such dish will become a tasty and useful garnish both for fish, and for meat.

It is required to you

  • - 8 tubers of potatoes;
  • - 5 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 3 branches of rosemary;
  • - sea salt to taste.

Instruction

1. For preparation of this dish choose tubers of oblong shape. Carefully wash them as it will be necessary to bake potatoes in a peel, and cut lengthways on 4 equal parts.

2. Place potatoes in a package for roasting and strew with sea salt. Add leaflets of rosemary and water with olive oil. Tie a package and properly shake it that potatoes mixed up with spices.

3. Put a package of potatoes on a baking tray and put in the oven warmed up to 200 wasps. Bake until potatoes don't become soft.
