Instruction

1. Touch a dehydrated sea cabbage, put on a sieve and wash with warm boiled water. Shift in other capacity and fill in with fresh water at the rate of 1:8 (one part of a laminaria, eight parts of water). Leave a sea cabbage to be presoaked for ten-twelve hours.

2. Carefully wash out a laminaria in flowing water, put in a pan, fill in with hot water in the same proportion 1:8 and put on average fire. After boiling boil thoroughly a sea cabbage until ready within thirty-forty minutes. Then merge broth.

3. For double cooking fill in the laminaria which is washed out after soaking with water 1:4 (one part of a sea cabbage, four parts of water), boil thoroughly thirty after boiling of minutes. Cast away a laminaria on a colander, and merge broth. Fill in a sea cabbage with hot boiled water and boil thoroughly half an hour more. Catch a skimmer a laminaria, cool and use for preparation of various dishes: borsches, rassolniks, soups, salads, ragout, cutlets and casseroles.
