Many women want to keep a beautiful figure and therefore prefer dietary products. The magic of this word works unmistakably, and already marketing specialists of all colors hang up these beautiful labels on products which sometimes are even unhealthy.

At best will offer you sunflower oil without cholesterol though it there by definition can't be. And in the worst — a krispy with the high content of sugar and carbohydrates, as in candies.

Fat-free products

Is it useful? A dairy products which contain a lot of calcium are fat-free most often, and calcium without fat just isn't acquired. Or rather, without fat-soluble vitamin of D. Such products can be used if you want to make food less high-calorie. However skim cheese which is so loved by women in respect of vitamins and minerals can be considered useless.

With yogurts too not everything is all right — add powdered milk and fruit fillers to them and also various "Е". As a result it turns out not that not dietary, but very allergenic product which due to excess of plain carbohydrates increases body weight.

It is deceptive dietary products

To it it is possible to rank bars muesli. Of course, they win in comparison with chocolate bars. However if to look at what amount of sugar in them and fruit juices and syrups – we will receive 300 kcal, and there is no satiety special, and in 20 minutes getting not hungry. Besides, these bars need to be checked for allergens: it can be harmful compositions, stabilizers, flavor enhancers and baking powder. If there is a strong wish, then it is possible to eat bar 2 times a week, but only in the first half of day because after 15 hours the organism acquires carbohydrates worse.

You shouldn't be fond strongly also of small loafs. How do we argue? If without harm — means, is is possible as much as necessary. Also we don't think that 3 — 4 small loafs will present us more calories, than a piece of whole-grain bread. Besides, they inflate in a stomach that prevents it to digest other food. What exit? For the first or second breakfast it is worth eating 2 — 3 small loafs with rough fibers: from unground buckwheat, from wheat flour of a rough grinding, the soaked oats or rough rice grain. Nutritionists don't consider soy or corn small loafs healthy food. It is good if small loafs were cooked without use of oil in special drying. Is them better with vegetables and greens and also with fermented milk products.

Food with sweeteners

Once sweeteners were considered as a panacea for diabetics and those who wanted to lose weight because they induced an organism to production of insulin and caused smooth fluctuations of level of sugar in blood. Now many sweeteners receive in the chemical way, and nutritionists advise them to avoid. For example, aspartame promotes production of methanol and a fenilanalanin, and they collect in an organism. Besides, many scientists proved that aspartame reduces serotonin level, and it can affect mood, a dream and appetite.

Natural sweeteners — such as stevia are safer. It doesn't collect in an organism, doesn't prevent work of a liver and kidneys and doesn't influence a mental state unlike some chemical analogs.

Products with a protein

They are dangerous when abuse them. Some forget that it is an element of sports nutrition which main function — supply of an organism with protein. It is necessary only during intensive trainings and not as light having a snack in any way if there is no time for a lunch any more. Proteins can adversely affect kidneys, and it is possible to use them only for an hour and a half before a sports training or right after it. And it is absolutely unreasonable to absorb such bars at office because you won't be able to spend the energy received with this food.

How to choose safe products

If you the true fan of useful products, then is the best of all not to trust advertizing markings on wrappers, and to study structure of a product: what protein in it, how many compositions with sign "E" what fat and how many sugar or its substitutes is present.
