It is required to you

  • Recipe No. 1:
    • 3 glasses of water;
    • 3 sour apples;
    • 1 pieces of leek;
    • 1 kg tomato;
    • 2 yolks;
    • 3 tablespoons of a desi;
    • 5 tsps of granulated sugar;
    • 5 tsps of cinnamon;
    • 1 tsps of the crushed parsley;
    • Recipe No. 2:
    • 2 bulbs;
    • 3 sour apples;
    • 5 l of chicken broth;
    • 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • 5 tablespoons of the crushed rosemary;
    • 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce;
    • 50 g of a hard cheese;
    • salt;
    • black sprinkling pepper.

Instruction

1. Recipe No. 1promoyte tomatoes in a large amount of flowing water. Lower them for 1 minute in hot water, then carefully pull out and put on a plate. Peel tomatoes from a thin skin, small cut them and place in a pan.

2. Stew tomatoes in with addition of 1 tablespoon of a desi on slow fire within 10 minutes. Periodically stir slowly with their spoon, without allowing burning.

3. Clean and small cut a large white part of leek.

4. Wash up apples, peel them, remove a core and grate.

5. Stew onions and apples in a frying pan with addition of the remained desi within 15 minutes on slow fire.

6. Lay out onions and apples to tomatoes, add water, salt to taste, granulated sugar and cinnamon. Mix everything and bring pan contents to the boil on strong fire. Then reduce fire and you cook soup of 10 minutes at weak boiling.

7. Stir yolks, pour in them in soup, well mix everything and remove a pan from fire.

8. Serve soup on a table, having strewed it with parsley or other greens to your taste.

9. Recipe No. 2: Peel onions, small cut it and put in a pan with a thick bottom. Add vegetable oil and rosemary there. Mix everything and fry on slow fire to softness of onions.

10. Wash up apples, peel them, remove a core and cut straws.

11. Pour in a pan to onions in broth, add apples, a black sprinkling pepper, oyster sauce there. Bring everything to the boil on strong fire. Then reduce fire and you cook soup of 15 minutes. Salt it to taste.

12. Grate cheese on a small grater.

13. Pour ready soup on plates, strew it with a grated cheese and give to a table.
