It is required to you

  • - 300 grams of potato,
  • - 300 grams of pork,
  • - 1 bulb,
  • - 1 carrots,
  • - 300 grams tomato,
  • - 50 grams of champignons,
  • - 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil,
  • - it is a little fennel,
  • - 4 h spoon of salt,
  • - 1 h spoon of dry spices.

Instruction

1. Well we wash out pork and we cut in average cubes. We wash mushrooms, potato, carrots and we clean.

2. We warm vegetable oil in a frying pan, we fry meat on strong fire.

3. We clean a bulb and we cut in average cubes (it is possible to cut a quarter rings - to taste). We add the cut bulb to a frying pan to meat, we mix. We season with spices and we fry ten minutes.

4. We cut the peeled potato in large cubes. We cut the peeled carrots in small cubes (it is possible to grate). We cut tomatoes small pieces. We cut mushrooms (it is possible to take not only champignons, but also any other) quarters.

5. We put the fried pork with onions on a bottom of each pot (we fill pots with meat half). On meat we put potato cubes, on potato carrots, on carrots tomatoes, on tomatoes mushrooms. From above we strew with the chopped fennel. We salt (1 pot - 1 h a salt spoon) and we pour in hot water to a neck. We close lids.

6. We warm an oven to 180 degrees. We cook soup about 45 minutes. We give hot, in pots. We decorate with a branch of fennel or parsley.
