Very effective way to decorate cake – use of fruit and jelly. Dissolve 5 grams of gelatin in 50 ml of water, add vanillin, 2 tablespoons of sugar there, carefully mix everything. Filter the received liquid through a strainer, squeeze out in it juice of 1 lemon, pour in 75 ml of water. Once again to a promeshayta. On the top biscuit of cake cardboard separate the area which will be flooded with jelly. Lay out in this area a pattern from the washed-up and cut fruit. Fill in with the received mix and put in the fridge. When jelly well grabs, accurately take off a cardboard uniform and fill uncovered with ornament area cream.
