7. It is the best of all to carry out drying in two steps. Put a baking tray with mushrooms in the oven warmed to fifty degrees. The door of an oven has to be slightly opened. In three hours of such processing take out a baking tray and let's mushrooms cool down.

8. The second stage of drying is carried out at a temperature not higher than seventy degrees at an open door of an oven.

9. If you dried mushrooms on the street, but weather deteriorated, finally dry them in the oven warmed to fifty degrees.

10. Well dry-through mushroom it is possible without efforts to pull down, it has to be a lung and bend slightly, but not crumble. It is necessary to store mushrooms in glass jars with covers. It is possible to keep boletuses in sacks in the cool and dry room.
