  • paprika – 3 kg,
  • tomatoes ripe – 3 kg,

  • garlic – 2 heads,
  • sugar sand – 5 tablespoons,
  • salt – 4 tablespoons,
  • vinegar of 10% - 100 ml,
  • vegetable oil – 100 ml.

Instruction

1. First of all, it is necessary to prepare vegetables. Wash out everything and clean. A paprika exempt from seeds. Cut tomatoes on small segments. Miss pepper and tomatoes via the meat grinder. Merge the received weight in the multicooker and you extinguish within 2 hours.

2. The remained vegetables, bitter pepper and garlic, turn via the meat grinder too. Mix them with salt, sugar, vegetable oil and vinegar. Bitter pepper doesn't need to be exempted from seeds. They will impact to adjika more sharp taste and aroma.

3. In 20 minutes prior to the end of preparation of tomatoes, merge bitter mix in a multicooker bowl. Mix everything together, close a cover and you extinguish further. Pour ready adjika on jars and roll up metal covers.
