1. The chokeberry already won reputation of excellent raw materials for jam. From the prepared products it is necessary to weld syrup 50 - percent concentration (on 1 kg of sugar of 1 l of water).

2. Berries of a rowan need to be separated from fruit stems and crests. Then the rowan should be washed out and blanched well in water at a temperature of 95 - 100 degrees within 10 minutes. Do it in order that the berries differing in some zhestkovatost became softer. In this case the thin skin of a rowan will easily pass a sugar syrup.
