It is required to you
- mug;
- 2-3 teaspoons of ground coffee;
- sugar to taste.
Instruction
1. In a mug pour cold water, milk or cream (depending on your taste and desire). Fill a mug on two thirds of its volume therefore capacity for preparation of drink needs to be taken more, and then to pour ready coffee in a small coffee cup. For more uniform heating of water it is possible to use also special ware for the Microwave oven.
2. Put 2-3 teaspoons of ground coffee. Add a little sugar to taste at once (though it makeand whenwill be possible for of coffee it is already ready). Diversify the recipe with ingredients. Add, for example, cardamom, a muscat, ginger, cinnamon or vanilla. Experiment with different tastes.
3. Cover a mug with a saucer that coffee didn't escape, and put it in the microwave oven.
4. Establish the maximum power (850 or 900, depending on the power of your microwave oven). Determine time 2 minutes. However more precisely to define time, experiment with heating of cold water or milk in advance.
5. If you cook coffee on milk, then be extremely careful as it can not only escape, but also blow up. The thing is that on a surface of milk the dense skin which by all means will burst can be formed. In this case it is better to put for one minute, to check, remove a skin and to cook longer within one minute.
6. Be careful, making these experiments as liquid in the microwave has no centers of boiling, that is bubbles habitual to us on a surface. Thus, it is possible to receive superheated liquid with a temperature over hundred degrees. And after you lower sugar or just a spoon in a mug, liquid can "zabulkat".
7. After a signal of the microwave get a mug. Carefully, it will be very hot.
