  • - mayonnaise - 2 tablespoons;
  • - Provence herbs - to taste.

Instruction

1. Having properly washed out a fish fillet, dry up it. Then cut a humpback salmon on quite large pieces then shift in a cup and place in the refrigerator for some time. There it slightly will freeze slightly and it will be easy to be crushed by means of the meat grinder.

2. With fat make the same, as with fish, that is crush and place in the freezer.

3. With onions make the following: clean it, then cut on 4 parts. Get slightly frost-damaged humpback salmon and turn it into forcemeat, having scrolled together with fat and the crushed onions. Season fish weight with salt and pepper to the taste. Mix everything properly.
