Owners of vineyards quite often cook home brew, using the alburnum which remained after an extraction for process. It allows to make drink, so to speak, for house consumption which can be processed into moonshine further.

It is required to you

  • Husks and seeds of grape – 5 kilograms;
  • Distillery yeast – 50 grams;
  • Water – 15 liters;
  • Sugar – 2.5 kilograms.

Instruction

1. In the capacity intended for fermentation fill up a husks and seeds of grape and fill in it with water. It is better to take well or spring water. Previously water heats up to temperature of 30 degrees. Use 13 liters of water for filling of alburnum.

2. The remained 2 liters of water mix with sugar, preparing syrup. It is desirable to mix carefully liquid, trying to obtain full sugar remelting. If dissolution takes place hardly, it is possible to warm up syrup and, then, to cool it to 30 degrees.

3. In separate capacity part yeast in a small amount of water and enter them into the prepared syrup. Further, syrup is added to the alburnum which is filled in with water.

4. Capacity is densely closed a cover and removed in the shaded warm place for 1-1.5 weeks. After the end of process of fermentation, home brew from grapes is filtered. It is possible to use it as an independent product. But in most cases home brew is overtaken in moonshine.

5. Knowing, how to prepare home brew from of 5 kilograms of alburnum, it is possible to receive 3-4 liters of the strongest moonshine with a mild flavor. After distillation by home brew grape in moonshine, it isn't required to be subjected to additional cleaning by means of potassium of permanganate or activated carbon, but it is possible to execute double distillation. Drink turns out is crystal transparent, almost not containing harmful impurities.

6. The grapes which are grown up in quite cool climatic conditions possess an astringent flavor. To get rid of smack it is recommended to fill up sugar in the container with alburnum within 4 days. In the first day add 1 kilograms, in the remained days equal parts enter other sugar.
