Fish we eat not often, but this dish should be prepared. Fat of a grayling is considered very useful.
For preparation of a grayling it will be required to you
- 4-5 pieces of average graylings,
- 2 pieces big bulbs,
- 1 pieces carrots,
- 1 root of parsley,
- 100 rubles of a desi,
- 30 гр. white raisin,
- 2 cups of good light beer,
- 1 tsps of honey,
- 1 lime,
- salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Graylings to clean, draw, wash a baking plate flowing cold water. Mix freshly ground pepper with salt, and to rub with this mix fish. Move away fish in the fridge for a prosalivaniye for one hour.
Peel onions from a peel and to chop small, carrots to wash, clean and grate, a root of parsley to wash, clean and to crush small. Fry all crushed vegetables on a desi till brownish color.
We grease a form for roasting with a desi. We spread a half of vegetables, on them the prepared fish, and from above again vegetables. We fill in everything with beer and we squeeze out juice from a lime, we add the washed-out raisin, spicery and salt.
We send to previously warmed oven up to 180-200 degrees for 40 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
