Fish we eat not often, but this dish should be prepared. Fat of a grayling is considered very useful.

For preparation of a grayling it will be required to you

  • 4-5 pieces of average graylings,
  • 2 pieces big bulbs,
  • 1 pieces carrots,
  • 1 root of parsley,
  • 100 rubles of a desi,
  • 30 гр. white raisin,
  • 2 cups of good light beer,
  • 1 tsps of honey,
  • 1 lime,
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper to taste.
