How to make home-made liqueur

Liqueur is a sweet alcoholic drink of average fortress with a special fine aroma. It is possible to make liqueur in house conditions in two ways: by means of insisting of vodka on berries and fruits and by extraction of juice from fruits and berries with additive in it of sugar and vodka. Try to make lemon liqueur independently, and you make sure that there is nothing more tasty, than fragrant lemon drink with which you can treat suddenly come guests.

It is required to you

  • 150 g of water
    • 200 g of sugar,
    • 6 lemons,
    • 700 ml of vodka,

Instruction

1. Fill 200 g of sugar in a small saucepan, fill in 150 g of water and put on fire. Bring to the boil and leave on fire of 5 more minutes before formation of a thick syrup.

2. While syrup cools down at the room temperature, we will prepare lemons. Lemons for preparation of liqueur will be required fresh with a thin crust. Take 6 lemons, carefully to wash and pass via the meat grinder together with a dried peel.

3. To add the processed lemons to warm syrup and to mix carefully.

4. In lemon and sugar mix to pour in 700 ml of good vodka.

5. In advance sterilize glasswares in which you will pour liqueur. Pour in bottles liqueur together with the processed lemons and a zakuporta traffic jams. Remove to the dark cool place and let's infuse 1 month. The first week it is necessary to stir up daily contents of a bottle and in a month you receive amazingly tasty liqueur.

6. Before pouring liqueur, freeze glasses for liqueur, only after that pour and give to a table.
