  • 1 kg of cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • salt pinch
  • 1 glass of sour cream
  • 200 g of a desi

Instruction

1. We mix cottage cheese with baking soda, properly we mix and we leave to be defended for about 40 minutes. Then we add salt, sour cream and butter there and again we mix.

2. We shift everything in a saucepan and we put it on strong fire. We cook, constantly stirring slowly. As soon as lumps of cottage cheese disappear, at once we remove a pan from fire.
