  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 3 bulbs
  • pepper, salt to taste
  • 5 packs of a desi.
  • It is necessary for sauce:
  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • cheese
  • Mix small cut meat with the cut onions and oil and put on a pot bottom. From above put the cut potatoes and mix, add on an oil piece, fill in up to the top with sauce with a grated cheese and put in well warmed oven for 45 minutes.
