It is required to you

  • For forcemeat:
  • - 500 g of beef,
  • - 400 g of pork,
  • - 1 bulb,
  • - 2 eggs,

  • - 1 bulb,
  • - dry spices to taste,
  • - 1 carrots,
  • - 3 potatoes,
  • - 1 paprika,
  • - 2 tomatoes,
  • - 3 laurel leaflets,
  • - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
  • - greens to taste.

Instruction

1. From meat scroll forcemeat. Crush rice in the blender, mix with forcemeat, add some egg, spice, mix.
