How to be in the tone

To support the organism in the tone, it is necessary daily or at least every other day to perform the number of the physical exercises directed to different groups of muscles and in general to lead active lifestyle.

Instruction

1. The morning exercises will help to wake the organism from the dream. After washing drink the glass of still water, turn on the favourite music and start the warming up of muscles. Straighten the back and legs, straighten shoulders. Make the ducking back, forward and in the parties, swings the straightened hands ("mill"), trunk bendings. Surely do exercises for legs: straighten hands forward in parallel each other and serially do leg swings, trying to concern the sock of the left leg of the right hand, and the sock of the right leg – left hands.

2. Perfectly strengthen the top half of the trunk of push-up. They work for the shoulder girdle, hands, muscles of the breast and partially the press. Women can do presses, leaning on the bent knees and having crossed feet. The more widely hands, the more load of the shoulder girdle are placed. Frequency and the number of push-ups depend on the general level of your physical training. Not to be traumatized, perform exercise in 2-3 approaches.

3. Dumbbell exercises will help to keep the figure in good sportswear. It doesn't mean that it is necessary to be limited only to power trainings. Take dumbbells on fitness aerobics, pump over the press with dumbbells in hands, go with them to jogs. Weight exercises will make the body relief much quicker, than without it. For maintenance of the organism in the tone choose dumbbells of small weight (2-3 kg) and if your purpose – to increase muscle bulk, gradually raise loading to 5 kg and more (for men).

4. Lead active lifestyle. If it is difficult for you to force itself to perform daily physical exercises, be engaged in what really is pleasant to you: box, visit the pool, master elements of figure skating, capoeira, the Latin American dances or more often you twist bicycle pedals. You watch frequency of the sports hobbies: they shouldn't be more rare than 2 times a week. The main thing that occupations were in joy as the movement is life.
