How to make pasta with canned fishes

It is required to you

  • 400 g of pasta;
    • 1 bank of a tinned tuna in oil;
    • 250 g of cherry tomatoes;
    • 1 bulb;
    • 2 garlic gloves;
    • 1 Chile paprika;
    • 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
    • 1 bunch of parsley;
    • salt
    • ground black pepper.

Instruction

1. Clean onions and garlic and small chop. Wash up cherry tomatoes, dry and cut halves. Cut lengthways in half a chili pepper pod, scrape it seeds and wash out. Cut pulp very small. Merge oil from a tinned tuna, fish knead a fork. Wash up greens of parsley, dry and chop.

2. In a spacious pan pour water, add salt and boil. On 400 g of pasta 4 liters of water are required. Pour pasta into the boiling liquid and you cook them on strong fire to such state that they remained slightly tough. So you will be able to keep their useful properties and true taste.

3. In a frying pan heat olive oil and fry on it onions and garlic to translucency. Remove a frying pan from fire, add the cherry tomatoes cut by halves, the kneaded tuna and small cut chili pepper. Mix all ingredients.

4. Cast away the boiled spaghetti on a colander and mix with chopped greens of parsley and fish mixed vegetables. Strew a dish with ground black pepper, mix and spread out on portion plates.
