How to make cake ""Cherry in Wine"

This cake - that case when from the most usual ingredients it is possible to create the real masterpiece!

It is required to you

  • - wheat flour - 3 articles;
  • - cherry fresh or frozen – 3 articles;
  • - eggs – 10 pieces;
  • - cocoa powder – 8 tablespoons:
  • - granulated sugar – 2 glasses;
  • - baking soda – 2 tsps;
  • - sour cream – 2 glasses;
  • - semisweet red wine (any);
  • - desi for greasing of a form;
  • - chocolate crumb for ornament.
  • For oil cream:
  • - a desi - 450 g;
  • - a condensed milk - the 2nd banks.

Instruction

1. If you use fresh cherry, accurately not to rumple some berry, get from them stones. Put cherry in bank and fill in with a semisweet wine so that berry was completely covered. Densely cover and leave on a table for 24 hours.

2. Oil rather high and spacious form, warm an oven to 200 degrees.

3. Sift flour with cocoa.

6. For cream just shake up the softened desi with condensed milk to uniformity. Leave a little cream for decoration of ready cake, and add other to biscuit pieces in a bowl. Add to it also cherry, having also postponed a little for ornament.
