How to make pie from oat flakes

Biscuit from oat flakes - very simple in preparation (10 minutes on creation of the test and 40 minutes of pastries) and very tasty. Tastes like oatmeal cookies, but is much more gentle and more fragrant.

It is required to you

  • Margarine or butter - 300 g
  • Egg - 3 pieces.
  • Sugar - 250 g
  • Flour - 250 g
  • Oat flakes - 250-300 g
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Soda - 0.5 teaspoons
  • Cocoa powder, honey, cinnamon, vanillin, ginger, raisin, sesame or any other additive to your taste

Instruction

1. For a start we put in the capacity in which we will knead dough, margarine or butter (doesn't affect taste, only personal preferences here), egg, sugar are better to lay out it in advance from the fridge that it was softened (the more sugar, the pie, but also hardness is more sweet than it it is more - I stopped on option of 250 g). And carefully we mix everything. Such picture has to turn out here.

2. Further we add: - salt, - soda (we don't extinguish!), - cocoa powder (it impacts to pie amazing chocolate relish, without cocoa I am this pie for the family not to pitch, but if there is no wish, it is possible not to add; I put about 2 tablespoons with the hill), - vanillin, cinnamon, ginger (these are irreplaceable spices for our family in this pie too; vanillin - 1 bag, cinnamon, ginger - about a half of a teaspoon or is less), - medical, raisin, any other additive (all to taste). Again we mix everything.

3. Now we add actually oat flakes. Also we mix in next razchy them more, that less soft pie will turn out. But also absolutely without them in any way. A trial and error method, I stopped on 250-300 g.

4. We add flour, once again we mix. Such still not really appetizing picture turns out here.

5. Dough is ready. We spread it on a baking tray. It is desirable on paper or in a silicone mold.

6. We put in the warmed oven. Bake 30-40 minutes on temperature of 180-200 degrees. As a result such already quite nice and very gentle oat biscuit turns out here.
