Instruction

1. Pound yeast fingers together with flour, add water, salt, olive oil, knead an elastic dough. At the beginning it will be quite sticky, but in 5-10 minutes will be kneaded and will begin to lag behind hands. Let's the test have a rest one hour.

2. Heat an oven to 250 °C.

3. Mix components of tomato sauce. It has to turn out at you quite dense. If the consistence seems to you thinnish, add couple of spoons of tomato paste to sauce.

4. Divide dough into three equal parts. Pripylite a table flour, pressing down and stretching dough hands, make of it round flat cakes with a diameter of 20-22 cm.

5. Lay a pizza basis on a baking tray, grease it with tomato sauce.

6. Strew sauce from above with cheese and leaves of a basil, in the center arrange olive, slightly sprinkle pizza olive oil.

7. It isn't necessary to do too thick layer of a stuffing. You remember, the it is less, the better.

8. Bake pizza about 10 minutes, it is necessary to serve it hot.
