This vegetarian ragout has pronounced exotic taste thanks to fragrant spices. And seeds of mustard participate in combustion of fats and acceleration of a metabolism.

It is required to you

  • 1 big bulb
  • 400 g of potatoes
  • 3 garlic gloves
  • 1 bunch of green onions
  • 1 small Chile pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of seeds of mustard
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Caraway seeds to taste
  • Curry to taste
  • 200-250 ml of vegetable broth
  • Parsley greens
  • Salt
  • For omelet:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 vitellus
  • 2 tablespoons of mineral water
  • Little grated nutmeg

Instruction

1. We warm oil in a frying pan and we fry mustard seeds till brownish color. Small we cut garlic and Chile pepper, we cut onions half rings. We put everything in a cauldron, we pour a half of broth, we add some spice and we extinguish a baking plate the closed cover about 10 minutes on weak fire.

2. We clean potatoes and we cut small into cubes. We add the second half of broth, potatoes, bay leaf to a cauldron and we extinguish 20 more minutes. We chop parsley and we add to vegetables in a couple of minutes until ready.

3. We shake up eggs and a vitellus with mineral water, we add nutmeg. We fry in a frying pan with non-stick coating without oil on slow fire.

4. We serve ready potatoes on one plate with omelet, having strewed with the cut green onions.
