Fruit jelly is all favourite delicacy. It is optional to get it in shop. I suggest to prepare this dish in house conditions from such berry as raspberry. Home-made fruit jelly won't be worse purchased, on the contrary - it is better.

It is required to you

  • - raspberry - 500 g;
  • - sugar - 1 glass;
  • - citric acid on a knife tip;
  • - pectin - 2 bags.

Instruction

1. Carefully touch raspberry. It is necessary to remove unnecessary leaflets and other garbage. Then accurately place it in a free pan. Fill in with water so that it only only just covered berry. In such look put this weight on a plate and you cook for 2-3 minutes. After that wipe raspberry through a sieve.

2. Lay out the received a little ropish weight from raspberry in free ware. Then add to it the following ingredients: granulated sugar, pectin and citric acid. Mix everything, properly. Put educated mix on fire. You cook it until thick, that is about 10 minutes. If this amount of time isn't enough, then prepare for several minutes longer.

3. Grease a baking tray for pastries with a small amount of sunflower oil. Then lay out in it dense weight from raspberry. Accurately distribute it on all surface so that the layer no more than 2 centimeters thick turned out. In such look at the room temperature leave future fruit jelly before full hardening.
