- 1 young white cabbage,

- 1 h spoon of dry spices,
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Instruction
1. Make sour cream sauce for shawarma. Add to a cup with sour cream the crushed parsley, the garlic which is passed via the garlic press, salt and pepper to taste, mix. Lay aside, let infuses.
