  • - pinch of vanilla sugar;
  • - vegetable oil.

Instruction

1. Hammer one egg into cottage cheese, add sugar, vanillin, it is possible to add a small pinch of salt. Peel persimmon (it is possible not to clean, but so cheesecakes will turn out more gentle), remove a stone, cut pulp small into cubes.

2. Add to cottage cheese at first several spoons of flour, then persimmon pieces, mix. If it is required to add flour, then add. Everything depends on juiciness of persimmon and humidity of the chosen cottage cheese. Dough for cheesecakes on consistence reminds dense sour cream.
