- - wooden boards or waterproof plywood;
- - steel rods;
- - metal corners;
- - cement slurry;
- - crushed stone.
Instruction
1. First of all start production of wood form. It has to be very strong and rigid, thus you will avoid effluence of cement slurry and deformation of future ladder. For this purpose use planed boards or waterproof plywood that will simplify further finishing work.
2. Remember, in timbering there should not be gaps and big slots through which the cement slurry will be able to flow out. After installation slightly water boards that they were condensed and have extended. In the humidified boards cement not strongly is absorbed and water remains in solution that will provide further good hardening.
3. Before filling of cement in timbering, establish steel rods along all bearing design edges, strongly connect them among themselves (if there is opportunity – weld). This metal framework will protect ladder from cracks and breaks, and durability will increase several times.
4. In order that the concrete edge of ladder has not crumbled further and has not collapsed, close them by means of metal corners, it should be executed prior to the beginning of underpouring in timbering. Weld on corners rods from steel wire which will be filled in further with concrete (it is necessary for strong coupling of corners with concrete).
5. Fill up each step of ladder with filling brick layer (about 7-10 centimeters), properly level and fill in with in advance prepared concrete. Stamp cement so that in its thickness there was no dredging left and sinks. Level surface of each step by means of special board.
6. Three hours later after filling of ladder cover concrete with damp fabric and leave for fifteen-twenty days that it has finally hardened and has grabbed. As in warm season moisture has property to evaporate quickly, moisten rags two times a day. In cool weather it is enough to do of it once in three days. At the same time the drying time will a little increase. It was necessary only to finish ladder at your discretion.
