How to make tasty dietary shrimps salad

Light salads with seafood not only tasty, but also useful and low-calorie. Shrimps contain potassium, zinc, iodine, calcium and other useful substances which are well affecting immunity, skin and hair. Also shrimps have antioxidant effect and promote reduction of risk of developing of oncological diseases.

Shrimps can become a basis of dietary food. They can be combined with avocado, potatoes, various vegetables, tomatoes and to replace with them greasy food.

At preparation of dietary salads with shrimps follow some rules. In salad use fruit and vegetables in the raw. It is the best of all to replace mayonnaise with a natural fat-free yoghourt, vegetable oil or sour cream. Replace usual vinegar with juice of a lemon or balsam vinegar. Compensate salt by a combination of cilantro, a black sprinkling pepper, a coriander, garlic and ginger.

Dietary shrimps salad is cooked from the following ingredients:

- 500 g of shrimps;

- a cucumber — 2 pieces;

- a lemon — 1 piece;

- 150 g of a hard cheese;

- lettuce leaves — 2-3 pieces;

- 2 tablespoons of olive oil;

- 100 g of green olives;

- salt (to taste).

Shrimps wash a baking plate with flowing water, then boil 5-7 minutes in slightly added some salt water.

Wash out green cucumbers of the average size and cut with small half rings. Wash out lettuce leaves and chop. Cut a hard cheese (it is better to choose parmesan) small into cubes.

In a salad bowl connect the boiled shrimps, the cut cucumbers, lettuce leaves, cheese and olives. Don't forget to salt slightly salad and to fill lemon with juice and olive oil. Well mix all ingredients and send for 15-20 minutes to the fridge that it became impregnated with juice.

Such salad will become a fine rich dish during a diet and perfectly approaches other vegetables. Caloric content of a dish is 237 kcal on 100 g.

The protein which is contained in shrimps helps to be sated quickly to an organism and supports the stable level of sugar in blood that will provide feeling of satiety for long time.
