  • 10 potatoes of the average size;
    • 150 grams of sour cream;
    • 50 grams of a desi;
    • 3 spoons of vegetable oil;
    • 1 tablespoon of bread crumbs;
    • 20-30 grams of a grated cheese.


1. Peel potatoes and boil it in the added some salt water until ready. After that drain water and let's potato cool down.

2. Warm vegetable oil in a frying pan. Cut the cooled-down tubers with thick slices and fry in oil.

3. After potatoes are roasted – fill in it with sour cream which mix with a grated cheese. Powder a dish with crackers and send for 30 minutes to well warmed oven.

4. Serve zapechny potatoes hot, having watered with a desi and having decorated with greens. In principle, the dish this self-sufficient, but can be quite used as a garnish for meat or a bird.
