How to make tasty sauce

The tasty sauce made with love – an integral part of a garnish. It is difficult to imagine the real gourmet who without shudder of soul will refuse correctly made sauce. And meat moreover and with mushrooms, won't leave indifferent anybody.

It is required to you

  • Mincemeat (beef
    • pork
    • it is possible alternately with chicken) – 1 kg
    • Mushrooms – 0.5 kg
    • Onion – 3 pieces.
    • A cube for broth – 2 pieces.
    • Herbs of Provence – 1 tablespoon
    • Sprinkling pepper (red
    • black) – to taste
    • Ready seasoning for meat dishes – to taste
    • Salt - to taste
    • Milk
    • Fresh fennel and parsley

Instruction

1. Knead forcemeat with addition of spices and seasonings. Carefully mix. At this stage it isn't necessary to salt it. For preparation it is possible to use both ready forcemeat, and house. At desire to define a ratio of different types of meat. Cut onions as it is possible more small. It is better to knife, but not by means of the blender that it didn't lose juice.

2. Clean previously mushrooms and cut them plasticity. Pour a little vegetable oil on the warmed frying pan. The choice of mushrooms depends on personal preferences. Both champignons, and house oyster mushrooms, and forest mushrooms will be suitable for sauce. But they have to be fresh. As a last resort, frozen will approach. Such mushrooms need to be fried without preliminary defrosting.

3. Create small balls from the made forcemeat. And at once fry. When the top layer of meat balls is reddened, add a few seasonings. Crush parsley and fennel while forcemeat is fried.

4. Add the prepared mushrooms, the cut onions and greens to a frying pan. Carefully mix everything and continue to fry for still minutes 20. Pound cubes for broth as it is possible more small that there was no large piece left. Fill up powder in a frying pan and mix.

5. Pour in the necessary amount of milk. Everything depends on consistence which has to turn out. Instead of milk for sauce it is possible to add water, but milk gives to a dish tenderness and softness. It does gravy more tasty and allows to use it practically with any garnish.

6. Reduce fire and, stirring slowly, let's gravy begin to boil. At will salt and seasonings is added. Close gravy, switch off fire and leave it for some time to stand. The question how to make tasty sauce, is solved. Original gravy with meat balls and mushrooms will perfectly add a garnish.
